Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items with applied discounts, promotional events or gift cards. Also, all socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.

Return and Refund

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, and please allow 2-3 business days for us to accept your return request. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns that are received in damaged or worn condition will not be refunded.

To start a return, you can make your request by contacting us at info@damngirl.co. We offer 2 options for return:

Option 1: Return for a Full Refund

You may return the item to either our US or China warehouse at your own shipping cost (we'll let you know where to send the return package). Once the package has been shipped, please send us the tracking number, and we will process a full refund of the item price. The refund can be issued either as store credit or back to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Option 2: Keep the Item and Receive a Partial Refund

If you would prefer to avoid the time and cost of return shipping, you are welcome to keep the item and receive a partial refund of 50% of the item price.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@damngirl.co.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your items arrive damaged, we’ll also gladly replace them for free. Please contact us at info@damngirl.co for assistance.

Exchange

To start an exchange, you can make your request by contacting us at info@damngirl.co. We offer 2 options for exchange:

Option 1: Return the item first

Mail the item in its original packaging to our USA or China warehouse at your cost. Share the tracking number with us once sent, and we'll dispatch the new item immediately for free!

Option 2: Keep the Item and receive a 80% off discount code for the new item

Skip the return shipping hassle entirely! Keep the item and get the new item for 80% off right away.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
